Today, I begin my next chapter with CommonSpirit Health as Interim SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading the Supply & Service Resource Management organization.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading supply chain transformations at scale, building teams, strengthening operations, and helping health systems create value that extends far beyond cost reduction. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that supply chain is one of the most powerful strategic assets a health system has.
That belief is what makes this opportunity so compelling.
CommonSpirit has a strong foundation, great people, and significant momentum already underway. I'm looking forward to getting to know the team, understanding where we can create even greater impact, and helping accelerate the transformation that positions Supply Chain and Edgewise as true strategic differentiators for the enterprise.
My focus will be simple: build on what's working, bring people together around a common vision, and ensure SSRM continues delivering meaningful value to caregivers, patients, physicians, and the communities we serve.
