As I wrap up my final week at Providence Health, I’ve been reflecting on what the team accomplished over the better part of a year.

We spent less time talking about supply chain transformation and more time doing the work. Simplifying processes. Creating standard work. Looking honestly at performance. Making difficult decisions. Building trust. Building accountability.

What I'm most proud of wasn't an initiative or an organizational chart.
It was watching a group of smart, capable people become a team.

I'm grateful to
Darryl Elmouchi for the opportunity to lead during an important period for the organization and proud of what this team accomplished together.

While it's bittersweet to leave, I'm excited to watch from the sidelines as this team continues to grow, succeed, and exceed its own expectations. I'll be their biggest cheerleader every step of the way.
